Healthy recipes for January! Happy New Year!
I’m excited for 2018! I have so many plans for this blog space..
First of all January will be all about healthy recipes 🙂 I honestly could eat veggies all day everyday. Prep time and convenience are usually the reasons why I don’t.
White Bean Dip to the rescue! Just throw the ingredients in the blender, grab a bag of baby carrots or whole wheat tortilla chips and that snack attack is taken care of.
I like hummus but I really love this bean dip! The flavor is just so much more.
Always, always use a good quality olive oil. Trust me on that one.

Another favorite dip of mine is this one. Try them both!
- 3 14 oz. cans great northern beans
- 2 cloves fresh garlic peeled
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/3-2/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
Pour all ingredients into blender and blend on high until smooth. Taste test and adjust oil and salt.
Garnish with olive oil and parsley.
