hard cider

Instructions
Pour prepared apples into a medium sized stock pot.
Add the ciders, sugar, cornstarch, and cinnamon.
Cook over medium to low heat until liquid starts to thicken and coats a spoon.
Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
