Ingredients
8oz. package cream cheese, softened
3cupsgrated seedless cucumber
1tablespoonred onion, minced
2tablespoonmayonnaise
Salt and pepper , to taste
1tablespoondill, chopped
Instructions
In medium size bowl mix cream cheese, mayo, salt, and pepper.
Mix until completely combined.
Peel and grate the cucumbers onto 3-4 layers of paper towels or cheesecloth. Gather all of the edges and twist at the top. Hold the twist and squeeze repeatedly to remove all water from the cucumber. You should most likely see a cup or more of water in the bottom of the bowl.
Finely chop the red onion.
Add cucumber, dill, and onion to cream cheese mixture.
