Whipped Cherry Buttercream

Ingredients

confectioners' sugar

butter
softened

vanilla

tbsp
maraschino cherry juice
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar with whisk attachment on stand mixer. Whisk for about 3-5 mins.
Add vanilla and then the cherry juice 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached. Whisk for another 3-5 mins. Add more juice if icing is too thick.
Frost one 9x9 brownie/cake or 12 cupcakes.
