9 Fun Friday Links

9 Fun Friday Links is back! I haven’t done this lately because I have had links breaking everyday and it has been a daily tedious task to repair them. That hasn’t been fun but, I think the problem has been fixed(fingers and toes crossed)!

This weekly post is basically just about life in general such as what I’m reading at the moment, kitchen tools that I have or want, new cookbooks, and sometimes my favorite restaurant or bakery 🌞.

• Just in case you need 4 good reasons to eat avocado Eating Well has you covered! I love avocado so this was an interesting read.
• It’s Memorial Day weekend and according to The Glitter Guide, Nordstrom has a fabulous Half Yearly Sale going on!
• I just scored a set of the gorgeous Ginny plates from Anthropology. I found mine in-store and they were on clearance! Of course, they had a limited amount available but it looks like they are still available online. They are so pretty! I know that I will be styling a lot of photos with these.
• My newest recipe that I am a big fan of is the Frosted Strawberry Zucchini Bread. It is amazingly good and a good way to use strawberries while they are in season!
• I have always stared at Young House Loves styled bookshelves and wondered how to get them to look so good. She finally made a video of her process from start to finish! Loads of additional info in the blog post.
• Summer makes me think of traveling and this travel guide of Positano by Southern Curls and Pearls is awesome. Her amazing photos make me really want to go there and the information on where to stay etc. is very helpful!
• I have been reading Surprise Me by Sophie Kinsella this week. I love all of her books-they are always hilarious and real!
• If you are looking for a summer hairstyle for long hair then this is it. I have been following Casey forever and she is the sweetest mama. The whole family has the prettiest hair!! Click the link for a side braid tutorial!
• One of the best places to be in Danville is Crema & Vine. It is a coffee shop/wine bar combo. Also, the food is delicious! A great place to take a break or work/study 🙂
