Fun Friday Links: 04

Spring favorites today include freshly planted flowers and lots fun reading that I have been doing this week!

• Can’t wait to make these white chocolate lemon pudding cookies this weekend! I am always looking for a new cookie recipe and these look so good and will be perfect for spring!
• A fun and a delicious salmon recipe for your pleasure! This is going on our menu for next week 🙂
• Two springtime drinks that I am loving right now! One is this amazing flavored water! I already loved cucumber water and this one with mint and lime puts all the other flavored waters to shame. Matcha tea has been a favorite of mine ever since discovering it a few years back and I am loving this iced latte recipe. Having a batch of that matcha syrup in the fridge for the week means that you can throw together an iced latte in minutes!
• Omg…these super sweet little vintage looking fabric bowl covers caught my attention while scrolling through sewing blogs(which is a favorite pastime for me). Just imagine how cute they would look in the fridge 😀
• This article literally gave me chills. 19 truths from a 90-year-old grandmothers journal. Just so much wisdom there.
• What I am reading this week: Cicada Summer by Maureen Leurck. This book contains so many things that I love like, renovating an old home, searching for a biological child, summer with a little romance thrown in… A wonderful beach read!
• The Instant Pot has become one of my most favorite kitchen tools recently! My favorite thing to do so far is to make homemade yogurt! It took me a couple of times to really get it just right but, now there is no going back.
• A list of 19 Instant Pot chicken recipes! I am really loving that there are so many recipes available to try. It takes away a lot of guesswork when it comes to trying new things!
• One of my most favorite cookbooks is Eat Delicious: by Dennis The Prescott. I first got completely sucked into his Instagram page by staring and drooling, lol! His photography is totally amazing. So naturally, I bought the cookbook when it came out. There are so many recipes that I can’t wait to make. Try the noodle bowl recipe, I could eat that every. single. day! Oh, and a matcha mint chip ice cream recipe that I want to make this summer!
• The most recent recipe that I really enjoyed making and eating! Vanilla Cupcakes with Pineapple Filling and Whipped Buttercream.
