<p>In honor of our Irish ancestors and because I love potatoes so much I decided to make these yummy potato pancakes. I have tried so many versions of this recipe and this flavor combo is our absolute favorite! <a href="https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000WR2OFK/ref=as_li_tl?ie=UTF8&;camp=1789&;creative=9325&;creativeASIN=B000WR2OFK&;linkCode=as2&;tag=chipsandpep04-20&;linkId=96015a69228ee1ed8dfaf73edb8ca022">Simply Organic Rosemary</a> and lots of green onions/scallions really add a pop of flavor! Serve with sour cream – some eat them with applesauce. Either way is sure to be delish.</p>
<p>I named my website chips &; pepper because I love homemade chips with lots of pepper so much :D I could totally eat potatoes with every meal(but I don’t,ha).</p>
