The ingredient list for Mediterranean Chicken Pasta Salad

Thatโ€™s the main ingredients and it is so simple to make! Iโ€™m usually not a fan of couscous but, this one I love! The taste and texture are the same as any other pasta for the most part. It is much lower in calories than rice(even brown rice) which is handy if you are counting calories!

According to the experts, the Mediterranean eating plan is the healthiest in the world. I know my body would be so thankful if I would eat a Mediterranean diet just part of the time ๐Ÿ˜„.

I used this recipe for meal prep this week and it was three days of delicious lunches! Iโ€™m already planning to add it into next weeks menu. Feel free to add an avocado to the salad right before eating โ€“ delicious!
