Weekly Menu Plan//04

Weekly Menu Plan//04 is what we are planning to eat this week. We will add grilled steak to the wild rice salad to make a meal. Also, I have Cheesy Irish Soda Bread in the freezer that we will probably have with the Collard Greens Stir-Fry. The potato bowls are good on their own or with leftover collard greens! The breakfast casserole will happen one day this weekend.

Monday: Wild Rice Apple Pecan Salad

Tuesday: Crispy Chicken Thighs + Lemon Artichoke Sauce

Wednesday: Collard Greens Stir Fry + Bacon

Thursday: Potato Curry Bowl

Breakfast: Skillet Breakfast Casserole

Dessert: Vanilla Cardamom Buttermilk Pound Cake
