Ingredients

cornstarch

whole milk

cups
heavy cream
1
cup
sugar
1

unsweetened dutch process cocoa powder
1/2
teaspoon
fine salt
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
Sliced bananas
Raspberries
Instructions
In medium sauce pan whisk sugar, cocoa powder, salt and cornstarch together.
Gradually add milk and cream.
Whisking to combine well.
Allow mixture to come to a boil over medium heat.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, whisking.
Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
Allow to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Add fruit to bottom of mold. You may need to chop into small pieces.
Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
I pushed some fruit down into the mold after filling. Just make sure to allow room for this.
Freeze for 4 to 5 hours or until completely firm.
