Cheesy Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Salad:

package cheese tortellini pasta
1
lb
asparagus
, amount optional
2
cups
frozen green peas
Parmesan cheese
, shaved
Fresh cracked black pepper
Dressing:
1/4
cup
olive oil
Juice of one to two lemons
1/4
cup
white wine
1
TBSP
parmesan cheese
, grated fine
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain.
Add frozen peas to warm pasta.
Drizzle large fry pan with olive oil, turn to medium heat.
Trim ends from asparagus and rinse. Season with salt and pepper.
Saute in pan for 5 to 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and add to pasta and peas.
Mix dressing ingredients and shake well.
Pour dressing over salad and gently toss to coat with tongs.
Serve with shaved parmesan cheese, I used a vegetable peeler.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
