Chocolate Walnut Soft Batch Cookies

Ingredients

butter

whole milk plain yogurt

flour

cocoa

cup
sugar

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt

dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup
walnuts
finely chopped
Instructions
Cream together butter, egg, sugar, and yogurt until smooth.
Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Stir until well incorporated. I use the stir setting on mixer.
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Use cookie scoop to drop onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool on wire racks.
