Blend all ingredients in a blender stopping to scrape down sides and add milk/orange juice until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into 4 glasses and top with whipped cream and coconut. Serve immediately.
Notes
*If you are lactose intolerant or don't want to use dairy products then skip the milk and ice cream and use bananas and orange juice to get the consistency that you want. I also sometimes add frozen pineapple chunks and pineapple juice.
