1/4cupalmond butter
1/2cup ginger beer or almond milkuse as needed for consistency
1frozen banana
1/4tspvanilla
1/4tspall-spice and cinnamon
1/4cuppumpkin puree
3Medjool dates, seeded
1tbspmaple syrup(optional)
2cupscrushed ice
Instructions
Starting with the crushed ice, add all ingredients to a good quality blender.
Blend on high for a few seconds. Stop and check for consistency and scrape down the sides of the blender container if needed. Add more liquid if needed to make it pourable.
Blend until completely smooth. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately!
