Cabbage and Carrot Stir-Fry

Ingredients

small to medium cabbage head
1
medium onion
3
to 4 carrots
3
to 4 tablespoons olive oil
, adjust as needed

teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
1/2
teaspoon
celery salt
Instructions
Add olive oil to medium to large fry pan or wok.
Rough chop cabbage and add to pan.
Peel and chop carrots and onions.
Add to pan with cabbage.
Add salt, pepper, and celery salt.
Turn heat to medium high for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Lower heat and cook until just crisp tender. Stirring as needed.
