Ingredients
2cupswater, boiling
1-2chai tea bags
1cupcoconut milk(I used canned coconut milk)
1/2cupcold brew coffee, or to tasteor 3 oz. espresso
2tbspmaple syrup
1tspground cinnamon
1/2tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Add the tea bags and two cups of water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes. Remove the bag and allow tea to cool slightly.
Add the tea and the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely combined and frothy.
Pour into two glasses filled with ice. Enjoy!
Maple syrup may be increased if needed for sweetness.
