Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour into 6 glasses and serve with fresh peppermint leaves(optional)
MINT SIMPLE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup chopped peppermint leaves
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer for around 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely and strain out the peppermint leaves. The syrup is ready to use. Store the remainder in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. It is delicious in ice tea!
